PEB Audit + PEB Certificate included
Take advantage of the visit from our PEB certifiers to also conduct a PEB audit of your property, all in a single visit. This will allow us to recommend the work to be done and the currently available grants. Our approach is to maximize energy impact by optimizing costs. In our audit, we calculate the reduction in your energy bills, the potential financial gain from a renovation, and the PEB gain for each item in your projects.

Frequently Asked Questions
In Belgium, an energy performance certificate (EPC) is valid for 10 years from its date of issue. After this period, a new certificate must be obtained if you wish to sell or rent your property. It is recommended to regularly check the compliance of your property with current energy efficiency requirements. By 2031, all properties will need to have a compliant EPC.
There is no EPC certificate for a building. It is all the certificates from all the units within the building that will provide the consolidated view of the property. If just one unit is an energy sieve, the building will be subject to renovation obligations in 2033 and therefore fines. All units in the building must be certified in order to objectively assess the building's situation before January 1, 2031.
First of all, some certificates are outdated and the methodologies have evolved since 2017, which could change your score. Next, the audit provides a customized renovation strategy, optimizing the costs and impact of the necessary interventions while taking into account the specifics of your building.
