Planning to build or renovate a property in Belgium?
EasyPrimes takes care of your premiums from start to finish, so that you can concentrate on the most important aspects of your project. This starts with a study of your project, which will enable us to assess the value of existing incentives in relation to your situation. The next step is to compile files for the various premiums we will be applying for, collecting the required documents and submitting them to the responsible bodies.
We coordinate these often lengthy and tedious administrative procedures for you with the relevant bodies, as well as with the various trades and all those involved in your project.
Finally, we check that the quotes and supporting documents comply with the required technical conditions, so that you can be sure of obtaining all the premiums to which you are entitled.

To obtain them you will need to:

Contact us as soon as possible, ideally before the works begin. Especially as our first estimate is free and most premiums should requested before the start of the project;

Keep us informed of the proposals made by your contractor, so that your choices meet the premium criteria;

Check with us the various invoices issued by your contractors;

Inform EasyPrimes of any structural or unforeseen changes to your project;

Take photos of the different phases of the worksite (particularly for insulation), which will serve as evidence for your file;

Gather the supporting documents as you go along, according to the instructions we will give you.
